Real Madrid wins 3-1 with two goals from Gareth Bale, who came on in the 61st minute. Real Madrid becomes the first team to win the Champions League three years in a row.

Goal of the final was Gareth Bale spectacular over head kick that left Liverpool's goalkeeper completely lost.
