Former ATL FM Head of Sports, Dan Kwaku Yeboah has been named the 2018 Ghana Journalists Association Radio Sports Journalist of the Year. Currently, the Head of Sports for the Despite Media Group, Dan Kwaku Yeboah swept the covetous award at the 23rd event held on Saturday 27th October, 2018 in Accra.
The multiple Award-winning journalist was adjudged the best radio sports journalist in the country as he beat scores of competitors from across the country. Dan is noted for passionately abiding by the ethics of the profession and is by far considered in the country to be the leading journalist who keeps officials within the sports industry on their toes. His Peace FM Sports Show is an arena of accountability in the sports industry and also notable for exposing corruption within the rank and file of the previous GFA administration.
Mr. Yeboah, took to Facebook and thanked God for the award. “Great is thy faithfulness, God of Abraham! Whilst in Germany for the Star Times/Bundesliga media tour, my little daughter & bro Bongo picked my GJA award as (Dan Kwaku Yeboah) the Best Radio Sports journalist of the year”.
