Oguaamanhen Visits Bulb Factory in Cape Coast

The Paramount Chief of Oguaa Traditional Area, Osabarima Kwesi Atta II on Friday paid a visit to the bulb factory in Cape Coast, Solid Home Appliances Limited.
The factory which has been in operation for under a month was raided last Thursday by unidentified persons with gadgets amounting to about one thousand five hundred Ghana Cedis being stolen.
Soldering machines and soldering lead which are used to produce unique bulbs as well as computer cables and a monitor were stolen from the factory.

The Oguaamanhen said he received the news of the robbery while away on a trip in Accra and decided to pay a visit to the factory.
After being briefed on the situation, Osabarima Kwesi II took the opportunity to tour the factory.
Sharing his impression of the factory with ATL FM News, Osabarima Kwesi Atta II said he was impressed by the establishment of the factory by an indigene of Cape Coast and described it as a great achievement.
“It is an achievement and from what I have seen it is even better than what we import. I am full of praise for him and I have assured him of my support. What has also impressed me is that he has employed some of our youth who otherwise would have been aimless walking around town doing what is not necessary. That is a way of him helping the youth in Cape Coast”.
Osabarima also advised the youth to stay focused and composed as efforts are made by the appropriate authorities to expand industries in the metropolis to enhance employment opportunities.
Osabarima Kwesi Atta II was accompanied by the Chief of Abura, Nana Kwodwo Addae II and the Chief of Apewosika-Kokoado, Nana Kweku Enu III.
